Our mission is to provide the support, care, and resources necessary for them to thrive. Built on a foundation of love, acknowledgment, and community dedication, we ensure access to therapeutic, educational, and recreational services.

Our Mission and Services:
S.W.A.T. Inc. is more than just a support organization; we are a dedicated community of professionals committed to making a positive impact in the lives of young people and their families. Operating during regular office hours from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, our team’s dedication extends well beyond these hours through a variety of active support initiatives. We are engaged in after-school and summer camp programs, feeding initiatives, and other community-driven activities, working tirelessly most evenings and weekends to ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Our programs are thoughtfully designed with purpose and passion to reduce delinquent or inappropriate behaviors and address challenges that could lead to negative outcomes for adults. We prioritize meeting the physical and emotional needs of children and teenagers through a holistic, compassionate, and personalized approach. At S.W.A.T. Inc., our mission is to nurture hope, foster growth, and create lasting positive change in the communities we serve.
Target Population and Goals:
S.W.A.T. Inc. focuses on supporting youth aged 8-16, including those involved in delinquency and child welfare cases, as well as undisciplined youth. Our services extend to those who may be experiencing challenges at home, school, or in the community, providing them with the tools and support they need to overcome obstacles and thrive. Whether a young person is already involved in the juvenile court system, or their actions and behaviors are leading towards court involvement, S.W.A.T. Inc is here to help guide them towards a brighter, more positive future.

We’re excited to announce our expanded services at 408 Waddell Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28301. This upgraded facility offers more space for learning, playing, and growing together — and it’s centrally located for convenience!
